Zampell A/S can prepare detailed drawings of anchoring, insulation and anti-abrasion lining of complete installations as well as minor repair work. Depending on complexity, our technical department works according to both 2-D and 3-D drawings.

We calculate and provide consultancy on the requirement for expansions of the lining with respect to temperature conditions and the movement of facilities. We calculate thermal loss and the degree of insulation of different linings on the basis of information pertaining to a plant’s operating and surface temperatures, and on this background we and our customer will select the optimal solution. Naturally, this takes place in combination with our long-standing practical experience within various fire resistant materials and their properties with respect to operating conditions.

Our field engineers will have access to detailed installation drawings on the sites, and our engineers will always be available during the performance of a job.
